Event overview
Bubble Run in Irvine takes place on October 10, 2026, at Oak Canyon Park, 5305 Santiago Canyon Rd, Silverado, CA 92676. The event features a 5 km course with multiple foam stations and colored "Foam Bogs" along the route. The foam used at the course is described as safe. Small groups of participants are released in waves; individual waves are spaced about 60-90 seconds apart and start times within a registered heat are first come-first serve. The last wave in a registered heat may depart up to 30 minutes after the assigned heat time.
Registration, packet pick up and parking
Registration offers at least two options: a Value registration and an Exclusive VIP registration (VIP is limited and includes extra items such as a t-shirt, sunglasses, bubble wand, headband, drawstring bag and wristband). Value registration includes a race bib, a 2026 finisher medal, post-race bubble dance party access, and foam stations.
Packet pick up is scheduled at the venue on October 9, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If a packet is picked up on race day, a fee of $5.00 per packet may apply; this fee is cash only. Parking may be handled by the venue and could include a cash-only charge of up to $20. Participants are asked to arrive early enough to park and check in before their assigned heat.
