Bubble Chase 5K - Airdrie
Bubble Chase is a running event that mixes a looped course with four bubble bogs filled with colourful bubbles and music. The Airdrie event is scheduled for August 9, 2026 at East Lake Blvd NE in Airdrie, Alberta. Participants begin in a heavy bubble area and pass through multiple bubble zones during the course.
The Airdrie layout uses a 2.5 km loop that can be completed one or more times. Distance options include:

The participant kit includes an entry wristband and a Bubble Chase medal. Youth tickets apply to participants 18 and under. Participants aged 10 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult; infants under 1 year do not require a ticket. Strollers, wheelchairs, and pushchairs are permitted, but course terrain may vary and can include hills, roads, pathways, grass, and unpaved trails. When pushing a stroller or wheelchair, the person pushing should keep the passenger's head above the bubbles.
Safety notes include keeping left for faster runners and right for walkers and strollers, avoiding stopping in the bubble bogs, and keeping the race bib attached. Race volunteers are available for assistance. Race kit pick up takes place on race day at the registration table in the park. Parking is free in and around the park.
There are no refunds; ticket transfers must be completed online. Events can be canceled or adjusted for unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation participants are notified and options include transfer to next year with an activation fee or transfer to another event in the same year.
