BRRC Summer Track Series #4
The Baltimore Road Runners Club organizes a summer track series of developmentally focused meets at Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, MD. The series for 2026 includes four scheduled Wednesday meets on June 10, June 17, June 24, and July 1, with Wednesday July 15 reserved as a potential make-up date. Calvert Hall College High School hosts each meet; the track entrance and parking are on the Putty Hill Avenue side of the school.
These meets are intended to give athletes experience competing in specific track events. Entry to the Summer Track Meets is free and open to all runners. Registration occurs at the track and participants sign waivers; participants under age 18 require parental or guardian permission. The program includes special events for Tots and Toddlers (ages 5 and under) and Junior Sprinters in two age groups (ages 6-8 and 9-12). Young participants receive treats and perfect attendance recognition, and a special award is presented at the final meet.
Volunteers are requested to support meet operations. Donations are accepted and will contribute to the Charlie Reynolds Memorial Scholarship Fund. Meets may be altered or canceled for health and safety reasons such as excessive heat, storms, or air quality concerns; updates and cancellations are posted on the club website and on the club social media channels.
