The Brooks Ruhr Trail Run is a trail run along the Ruhr cliffs at Hengsteysee, divided into two disciplines: the "Happy Trail Run" covering approximately 9 km with 255 meters of elevation gain for beginners, and the main run covering approximately 17 km with 510 meters of elevation gain for advanced runners. Following the successful inaugural event in 2023, the second edition will take place in 2024. The run offers breathtaking views and fosters a sense of community among participants.
