Josef-Kaderhandt Waldlauf

The Josef-Kaderhandt Forest Run, organized by the Marathon Club Menden, will celebrate its 40th edition in 2024. The run offers various distances, including a 20 km forest run and a modular run where participants can run up to 50 km. Additionally, there is a 7.8 km fun run open to everyone.

The course leads through scenic and challenging forest paths in the Sauerland region. The event includes trophy presentations for the best runners in various categories. Registrations can be made online, and there are special early registration prices.
