Brooklyn PTA Fun Run for Schools

The Brooklyn PTA Fun Run is an annual community running and walking event held in Prospect Park with a route that starts and finishes on the main park drive just outside the LeFrak Center at Lakeside. The course is a 3.3 mile loop and accommodates a wide range of participants including runners, walkers, strollers, tricycles, scooters, and wheelchairs.

Registration includes tiered pricing: single adult registration is listed at $25 plus a processing fee, additional adults in a group or family are $15 each, and all children under 18 are $5. Registration opens on June 6 and closes on October 24. The event is planned to be held rain or shine except in hazardous conditions such as lightning. Bib pickup and pre race activities take place inside the LeFrak Center before the event.

Net proceeds from registration fees will be used to support PTAs at high need schools.
