Brookfield Zoo Chicago Dino Dash
The Brookfield Zoo Chicago Dino Dash is a two mile fun run held entirely within Brookfield Zoo Chicago. The event is untimed and open to all ages; participants may run, walk, or stroll the route. Registered participants receive a commemorative Dino Dash medal at the finish and registration includes zoo admission plus rides on the Ferris Wheel and Carousel.
Check-in and bib pickup take place at the Main Gate Entrance after parking in the Main Gate Parking Lot. Parking at the South Gate Entrance is not permitted. Early bib pickup before race day is not available. After check-in participants proceed to the East Mall for race assembly. Friends and family may watch and cheer from the East Mall; the zoo grounds outside the running paths are not open to general walking until the event has concluded.
To protect animal welfare, participants and spectators are asked not to bring lasers, kazoos, or loud bells. A registration fee applies and must be paid in advance as part of event entry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
