Brockagh
Brockagh is a mountain running event organised by the Irish Mountain Running Association in County Wicklow, with routes based around Laragh. The long route is measured at 9.90 km with a total climb of 414 m. The course is fully marked and GPS use is allowed. Event difficulty is rated 7 (2,2,3), described as moderate terrain with expected ascent in the 200 m to 500 m range.

Mandatory Level B kit is required for all runners and must be carried as advised on the day. Required items include a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, a whistle, a charged mobile phone with an emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag. Random kit checks may be carried out and failure to have required items can result in denied entry or disqualification. Running kit donations will be collected at registration for new trail runners.
Entries open 11 May 2026 and close 13 May 2026. Entry fees are specified for seniors and concessions, and the event has a participant limit of 200. Parking for participants is at the Derrybawn carpark in Laragh with a small card-only fee; registration is located above St. Kevin's National School and cars are not permitted at the registration area. Volunteers who complete two non-running roles in a calendar year qualify for an end-of-year prize. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
