Brixton 5K, 10K & Half Marathon
This event takes place in Brockwell Park, London, on 18 July 2027. It offers three measured distances on a looped course and uses chip timing with national rankings.
- 5K : 1.5 laps of the looped course
- 10K : 3 laps of the looped course
- Half Marathon : 6.5 laps of the looped course
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop. Water is supplied on each lap; runners pass the water station twice for the 5K, three times for the 10K and seven times for the half marathon. The half marathon route lists an elevation gain of 271 m.
Race-day facilities in the event village include race pack collection, a secure marquee for baggage with numbered tags, and portable toilets. Cycle parking is available in the park. There is no designated event parking and the Brockwell Lido car park will be closed on the day due to a car boot sale.
The venue is Brockwell Park, Dulwich Road, London SE24 0PA. Herne Hill station is the closest, within a short walk; the park is also within walking distance of North Dulwich, Loughborough Junction and Brixton stations.
Accessibility notes state that buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome and should make themselves known when overtaking. Dogs are permitted in the event village only and must be kept on a short lead. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
