Brisbane Road Runners Club 10 km Championships : Orleigh Park, West End
The Brisbane Road Runners Club event on Sunday 13 June 2027 features the BRRC 10 km Championships and the QMA 10 km Road Championships at Orleigh Park, Riverside Drive, West End QLD 4101.
Brisbane Road Runners Club has been part of Brisbane's running community since 1982 and stages road running events year round, generally every second Sunday. Runs use a flat, accurately measured circuit along Riverside Drive, starting from the SBSC Clubhouse at Orleigh Park. Longer distances are completed as multiple laps of that circuit.
Events are conducted under police-approved permits with marshals stationed along the course. Electronic timing records lap and finish times and a digital timing clock is displayed at the start/finish line. Post-race provisions include free bananas and a bring-your-own water table.
The program for this date lists two 10 km championship races. Events are open to club members and visitors; members do not pay entry fees. Registration opens online on the Monday before each event and closes at 7pm on the Saturday night before. There are no late entries and no registration on race morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
