About the race
Brisbane Road Runners Club holds a road running event on Sunday 21 February 2027 at Orleigh Park, Riverside Drive, West End, QLD. The program offers the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
All runs take place on a flat, accurately measured circuit along Riverside Drive, starting from the SBSC Clubhouse at Orleigh Park. Longer distances are completed as multiple laps of that same circuit. The club has run events in Brisbane since 1982 and stages road running events throughout the year, generally every second Sunday.
Events operate with police-approved permits and course marshals, and use electronic timing for lap and finish times with a digital timing clock at the start/finish line. Post-race bananas are provided at no cost and there is a BYO water table for participants. Events are open to both club members and visitors; members do not pay entry fees.
Registration opens online on the Monday before each event and closes at 7pm on the Saturday night prior. There are no late entries and no registration on race morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
