Bridge to Bridge Relay Run - Washington Crossing
The Bridge to Bridge Relay Run is a team relay event covering approximately 53 miles run as two roughly 26.5 mile loops. The course begins and ends at Washington Crossing Park at the General Greene Pavilion and follows towpaths and local roads through Centre Bridge, Stockton NJ, and the Scudders Falls area to Yardley, PA. The route includes two bridge crossings: Centre Bridge between PA and Stockton, NJ, and Scudders Falls from NJ to Yardley. The course is mostly on the towpath and is subject to change or cancellation due to weather, construction, or other factors.
Team entries are limited to 30 teams. Each team must have a minimum of four and a maximum of seven runners. Team start times are seeded based on each runner’s submitted 5K time; teams should use their best 5K time from the year. A representative of each new team is required to drive the course once; tours are available upon request. Exchanges must occur only at approved legal stops or parking spots. There is no parking or stopping on NJ Route 29 shoulders or on PA Route 32 except in legal lots or spots. Teams are responsible for their own running and support supplies. Awards are provided to the first team to finish and to the fastest team. Volunteers are accepted. The shirt guarantee deadline is Wednesday, 8/26. Registration fee is $50.00.
