The course crosses the 65-foot-high Blue Heron Bridge, passes views of Peanut Island and the Port of Palm Beach, and returns to Ocean Walk.
Logistics and amenities
Early drive-through packet pickup is scheduled for February 26 at Take Stock in Children, 1896 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL. Race day packet pickup is available at the race site. Race packets include a race bib, race shirt, and a goody bag. The registration fee includes a premium shirt, a collector’s finisher medal, and a tote bag with items. There are two water stations on the course. Age-group awards are given in 5-year groups, three deep. Prerace snacks include coffee, bananas, bagels and cream cheese. Post-race offerings include breakfast (two buffet lines serving eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy), drinks, a DJ dance party, and vendor booths; beer or seltzer is available for those 21+ via bib tear-offs. Results are accessible via a QR code on the race bib.
Charity
Proceeds benefit Take Stock in Children Palm Beach County and are used to purchase Florida Prepaid college tuition scholarships for low-income and at-risk youth; donations to scholarships are matched dollar-for-dollar. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
