The Bridge the Gap 5K 2026 is the 7th annual 5K held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in Riviera Beach, Florida. The course begins and finishes at Ocean Walk on Singer Island and crosses the 65-foot-high Blue Heron Bridge, with views of Peanut Island and the Port of Palm Beach. Proceeds benefit Take Stock in Children Palm Beach County and fund Florida Prepaid college tuition scholarships for low-income students; donations are matched dollar-for-dollar.

Race features and services include: two water stations on course; age-group awards in five-year divisions (three deep); chip timing and custom finisher medals; race shirts and a goody bag. The Ruck Division is a special division for participants walking with a ruck sack, weighted vest, or backpack. Registration for listed events is shown at a price of $45.
Packet pickup and on-site logistics: early drive-through packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, February 26, at Take Stock in Children, 1896 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. Race-day packet pickup is available at the race site. Pre-race offerings include coffee, bananas, bagels and cream cheese. Post-race amenities include breakfast, drinks, a DJ dance party and vendor booths; food and beverage access uses the tear-offs on race bibs.
