Bridge the Gap 5K - Blue Heron Bridge Singer Island
Bridge the Gap 5K is a community 5-kilometer event on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Florida, that crosses the 65 foot Blue Heron Bridge. The course goes up and over the bridge with views of Peanut Island and the Port of Palm Beach and returns to finish at Ocean Walk Mall Singer Island.

- Ruck Division 5K for participants carrying a ruck sack or weighted vest
Timing is handled with ACCUCHIP. Registrations include a race bib, race shirt, a collector finisher medal and a tote goody bag. Age-group awards are given in five-year groups, three deep. There are two water stations on the course and bottled water and medals are distributed at the finish area.
Pre-race refreshments include coffee, bananas and bagels with cream cheese. Post-race offerings include breakfast lines, drinks, a DJ dance party and vendor booths. Early packet pickup is offered as a drive-through on February 26 at Take Stock in Children, 1896 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL; race day packet pickup is available at the race site.
