Bridge the Gap 5K - Singer Island
Bridge the Gap 5K is scheduled for February 27, 2027, at Ocean Walk Mall Singer Island, 2401 N Ocean Ave, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. The course crosses the 65 feet high Blue Heron Bridge, passes views of Peanut Island and the Port of Palm Beach, and returns to Ocean Walk on Singer Island.
The event includes multiple entry options and a special ruck division. Distances and formats:
- 5K in-person road race
- Virtual 5K virtual race
- Ruck Division 5K walk with a ruck sack, weighted vest, or weighted backpack
Registration opens June 15, 2026. Registration close dates differ by entry: the in-person 5K registration closes February 27, 2027, and the Virtual and Ruck division registrations close February 23, 2027. Listed fees are $40.00 for the in-person 5K, and $45.00 for the Virtual 5K and the Ruck Division.
Event services and items include AccuChip timing, custom finisher medals, UPF race shirts, five-year age group awards, and breakfast and drinks. Proceeds from the event benefit College for Kids, Take Stock in Children Palm Beach County, and TradeUp to support education-focused initiatives.
