Bridestone Fell Race

Bridestone Fell Race is a Category AS fell race covering 7.5 km with 375 m of ascent. The course is described as well marked and suitable for beginners. Race headquarters are at The Hare and Hounds Pub, Burnley Road, Todmorden OL14 8EA. The event is organised by Turnslack Fell Race.

Entries are open from 28 February 2026 until 21 June 2026. Entry fees are listed as FRA Member £6.00 and Non Member £7.00. The minimum age for entry is 16. The event record times are 00:34:29 for men set in 2017 and 00:40:17 for women set in 2016.

Competitors are asked to bring full FRA kit: waterproof jacket with hood, waterproof trousers, hat, gloves, compass, whistle, map and emergency food. Team prizes count three to score for men and three to score for women. Refreshments and prize giving take place in the pub after the race.
