Brian Kraft Memorial 5K Run
This event is a 5 km run held in South Minneapolis. The course is a certified USATF route described as flat and fast. It goes around Lake Nokomis, with the event location near the Lake Nokomis Community Center at the north end of the lake.
All proceeds from donations and a portion of race proceeds benefit the University of Minnesota Foundation Masonic Cancer Center.
A $5 discount on the standard $40 registration fee is available for USATF-Minnesota members. Late online registration is $50 with no discounts available. There is no race day registration.
Bib and shirt pickup is available in advance at Mill City Running's Northeast location on the Saturday and Sunday before the race. For those who cannot pick up in advance, a pickup window is available at the Lake Nokomis Community Center on race day morning.
Due to event growth, shirt sizes are limited. The organizer encourages participants to try swapping sizes at the shirt table after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
