Brews Cruise 5K & 10K
The Brews Cruise is a community race organized by the Good Work Gang and hosted at the BrewDog Cleveland Outpost. The event focuses on health and wellness by bringing participants together for a run through the local area of Cleveland, Ohio. The course is situated on the Towpath Trail and follows the Cuyahoga River. This route is flat and provides views of the water and surrounding scenery.
Participants can choose between two primary distances:
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- 10K Run (6.2 miles)
The race includes professional chip timing for all participants, with live results available during the event. Registration for the distances requires a fee and opens in early April. Packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the event at the BrewDog location on Carter Road.
All registered participants receive a race shirt and a finisher medal upon completing their distance. After the run, there is a post-race celebration held at the BrewDog facility which includes snacks and refreshments for the athletes. The event utilizes the natural pathway of the trail system to provide a dedicated space for the competition away from main vehicle traffic.
