Breaking Barriers 5K for the Lindsey House
The event is a community running event in Tulsa, Oklahoma, supporting the Lindsey House families who completed a Couch to 5K running and walking program. The program highlights physical, mental, and social benefits and addresses barriers such as shoes, clothing, transportation, and social support.

The 5K course is USATF measured and certified. Awards include finishers medals for all 5K participants, top three overall male and female awards, and standard five-year age group awards. Tri-blend race shirts are available in limited numbers. On-site amenities listed for the event include snow cones and music provided by a professional DJ.
The start and finish are located in the parking lot near the Osage Prairie Trail entrance at 700 N Greenwood Avenue, with ample parking on both sides of Greenwood Avenue. The Osage Prairie Trail is adjacent to the Lindsey House and served as the training route for participating families beginning April 1.
Pre-race packet pick-up is available at RunnersWorld Tulsa on Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 3920 South Peoria. Online registration remains open until each race begins.
