Big Peach Running Co. - Braselton 3rd Annual Prediction Run
The Big Peach Running Co. - Braselton 3rd Annual Prediction Run is a free community prediction run held in Flowery Branch, GA. Registration includes a raffle ticket. There are three course options:
- 2 Mile
- 4 Mile
- 6 Mile
The course is an out and back along the Braselton Lifepath, a paved sidewalk along Friendship Road. Turnaround points at Mile 1, Mile 2, and Mile 3 create the total distances for each event. Roads are not closed for the route; participants must follow rules of the road and be aware of vehicles at crosswalks and intersections.
This event is organized as a prediction race. Participants who most closely predict their finish time receive a prize. No watches or timekeeping devices are allowed for those taking part in the prediction competition. The event will be chip timed by Runners Fit Race Works and live results will be posted.
Parking is requested at The Venue at Friendship Springs, about 0.6 miles away, and the Braselton Trolley will shuttle participants between that lot and Big Peach Running Co. - Braselton and return riders after the group run. Note for strollers and push athletes: the course includes a curb to step up on and about 50 yards of grass or dirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
