The race has a permit and UK Athletics insurance associated with the FRA. Course records from 2023 are 00:22:07 (male) and 00:25:21 (female). No dogs are allowed on the sports ground or on private land crossed by the race. No recces of the route over private land are permitted before 18:30 on race day.
