The Inflatable 5K in Bournemouth is an untimed inflatable obstacle event held on Saturday 1st August 2026. The course is made up of 2.5 km laps featuring a series of giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels. Participants can choose from multiple distance options:
- 2.5k : 15 obstacles, one lap
- 5k : 30 obstacles, two laps
- 10k : 60 obstacles, four laps
- 15k : 90 obstacles, six laps
The event includes music zones around the course, event photography, a finisher's medal for every participant, a finish line goodie bag and a water station located midway on the route. The organiser provides medical care, a clearly marked route and a free spectators area. The event is untimed and walking, jogging or running are all acceptable approaches.
Entry categories differentiate Adults (16+) and Children (5 to 15 years). Children must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a ratio of three children to one adult. Tickets and group rates are offered including family and group discounts; charities and Blue Light Card holders may be eligible for discounted tickets. Volunteers receive free run entry and an official T shirt.
