The Inflatable 5K in Bournemouth takes place on Saturday 1 August 2026 at Littledown Centre, Chaseside, Bournemouth BH7 7DX. The event uses a 2.5 km lap with inflatable obstacles arranged around the course and offers multiple distance options. The 5 km route comprises 30 obstacles; the 2.5 km, 10 km and 15 km options feature 15, 60 and 90 obstacles respectively. The event includes five music zones, on-course hydration, medical cover, event photography, finish line goodies and a finisher's medal for participants.
