Inflatable 5K - Bournemouth, Dorset
This event is an inflatable obstacle run held in Bournemouth, Dorset. The course features giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels, music zones, event photography, a finisher's medal and a goodie bag for participants. Medical cover is provided and the route is clearly marked. A water station is located midway on the course and food and drink vendors are available on site. The event is untimed.

- 2.5 km - 15 inflatable obstacles, one lap
- 5 km - 30 inflatable obstacles, two laps
- 10 km - 60 inflatable obstacles, four laps
- 15 km - 90 inflatable obstacles, six laps
Children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a participating adult, with a maximum ratio of three children per adult. Spectators may use designated viewing areas only. Dogs are not permitted at the event.
Practical information includes paid parking at the venue, bag drop with size limits and security searches, provided toilets and advice to bring suitable clothing for weather conditions.
