Event overview
The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course takes place in Bournemouth on Saturday 1 August 2026 at Chaseside, Bournemouth BH7 7DX. The course is made of inflatable obstacles on a 2.5 km lap. Participants can choose from these distances:
- 2.5 km (1 lap, 15 obstacles)
- 5 km (2 laps, 30 obstacles)
- 10 km (4 laps, 60 obstacles)
- 15 km (6 laps, 90 obstacles)
Three new obstacles have been added for this edition. The course includes five music zones and repeats the same obstacles each lap. Examples of obstacles include Start Mountain, The Crawler, The Holes, Swing Shot and The Vortex.
Logistics and facilities
Entry categories are Adult (16+) and Child (5 to 15). Children must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a ratio of up to three children per adult. Group discounts include a family ticket for two adults and two children, 10% off for groups of five or more, and 15% off for groups of 15 or more; discounted tickets for charities are available.
On-site facilities and rules: toilets, food and drink vendors, a water station midway on the route, paid parking (£5 per car), and a bag drop (£3 per bag). Dogs are not allowed. Volunteers receive a free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag. E-tickets should be printed or screenshotted for bib collection, and participants are asked to arrive about 30-45 minutes before their start.
