Event overview

The Bournemouth Beach Race takes place on Sunday 7 June 2026 at Bournemouth Pier (West side), Pier Approach, Bournemouth, Dorset. The course starts from Bournemouth Pier and heads east towards Boscombe along the beach. Logistics and race information

There is no official event car park; public car parks are available within a few minutes' walk. A free car park on West Overcliffe Drive is about a 10-minute jog from the pier. The event has marshalling and offers a credit voucher to volunteers who help as a thank you. A code of conduct is provided for participants, asking for respect and good sportsmanship.
