Boundary Park Tri is a chip timed triathlon held at Boundary Water Park, Cheshire, on Sunday 9 May 2027. The event offers standard and sprint triathlon formats, relay teams and an aquabike option, with swim, bike and run legs conducted on lap-based courses across open water and mostly quiet public roads.

Participants should expect lap formats for each discipline and race support consistent with multi-discipline events. Wetsuits are optional as the water is expected to be about 16c. Competitors are asked to bring brightly coloured swim caps to reduce waste. Headphones are banned for safety reasons. Race numbers are provided at registration and race belts are permitted.

Bike rules reflect draft-legal racing and restrict equipment: time trial bikes and aero-bars are not permitted, handlebars must be plugged, clip-ons must not extend beyond the brake levers, and bottles may not be mounted on handlebars. Road, mountain and hybrid bikes are allowed. Front and rear bike lights are recommended. Event duration for participants typically ranges from about 2.5 to 4.5 hours depending on distance and category.
