Born Survivor: Lancashire 2026
Born Survivor: Lancashire 2026 is an obstacle course event on Saturday 12 September 2026 in Gisburn, Ribble Valley, Lancashire (BB7 4LH). The event is organised by Born Survivor Events.
Races offered include:
- 12 km Classic Survivor - 30 military grade obstacles
- 6 km Rookie Survivor - 20 military grade obstacles
- Elite Squadron 12 km - competitive first wave race with prizes
The course includes slides, cold water obstacles, climbing nets, underground tunnels such as The Great Escape, climbing walls, a large final wall called THE BLITZ and an obstacle slide called THE TORPEDO. The event provides water stops along the route.
Participation age is 16 years and over; under 18s must show proof of age on the day. The event promotes team work and offers team and corporate options for groups including gym groups, work colleagues, sports teams and social groups. The course is described as designed and delivered by Royal Marines Commandos.
Included for participants are a dog tag style medal, a finisher t shirt, a battle rag head wear, a free Erdinger Alkoholfrei isotonic recovery drink, temporary body tattoo, on site changing tents and a bag drop service (donation applies). There are food stalls, live music, on course interaction and event photography for purchase. Spectator parking charges apply per vehicle.
