About the race
The 25th edition takes place on the trails around the Centre de socioculturel de l'Île Bizard in Montréal. The course runs on fine gravel paths through a boreal wooded area with well-marked trails.

The event is a timed race with a mass start and official results based on the gun start. The 5 km start is on Montée de l'Église near the park entrance, about a ten-minute walk from the sociocultural centre. A combined 5 km + 10 km option is offered at a reduced combined entry.
After the race, participants have access to a buffet at the sociocultural centre, with homemade food prepared by volunteers. Awards include medals for the top three men and top three women, top three in each age group, and numerous sponsor prizes. A thematic gift is given to all runners. The event emphasizes eco-responsibility and a strong community atmosphere.
The 1 km for children is an out-and-back on rue de l'Église. Parents are invited to supervise children as needed. Eligible children are those aged 4 to 11 on race day; all child participants receive a participation medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
