Book Mobile 5K
The Book Mobile 5K event takes place on October 31, 2026, at the Instructional Support Center, 437 Old Peachtree Rd NW, Suwanee, GA 30024. The event raises funds to place books in the hands of children and to promote a love of reading.
Event options include a chip timed 5K, a half mile fun run that is not timed, and a virtual 5K. Runners in the 5K receive a race t shirt and are eligible for an end of race raffle. Fun run participants receive a race t shirt and a medal. Participants 17 and under may choose a free book from the Book Mobile. Virtual 5K registration includes shipping and t shirts for mailed distribution the week of November 4.
The event program features music, awards, door prizes, and snacks. Family friendly costumes are encouraged. Chick fil A biscuits will be sold for five dollars with proceeds benefiting the Book Mobile program. Leashed dogs and strollers are welcome. Registrations after October 23, 2026 are not guaranteed a race day t shirt.
