Bonfyre Trail Fest

Bonfyre Trail Fest takes place on November 7, 2026 at the DTE Energy Foundation Trail in Waterloo State Recreation Area in Chelsea, Michigan. The trail lies inside the largest park in Michigan's Lower Peninsula.

The event is a fall trail run on a dirt trail that passes through pines, along steep embankments and around boulders, and that also offers views of lakes and wetlands. Courses are marked and supported with aid.

All registrants receive a custom cozy beanie. All finishers receive a custom campfire mug and are eligible for awards. Finish food is provided.
