Registration, packet pickup and race services
Registration packages for timed events include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal. Every registration includes chip timing with live results, free photos, and snacks at the finish. Race-day packet pickup is available starting one and a half hours before the race; pre-race pickup may be offered at select locations depending on participant numbers. Virtual race packets are mailed and ship the Wednesday after the race.
Awards and policies
Timed events (5k, 10k, half marathon) have overall and masters awards plus age-group awards through advanced age brackets. Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and virtual entries are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. Bodies Race Company has a no-refund policy; cancellation is possible only for venue requirements or hazardous course conditions and may result in conversion to virtual entries.
