Logistics and services
Entry fees range from $17 to $55. Youth pricing for the 5k and 10k is listed at $17 for ages 12 and under. Standard registration items for the timed races include a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, chip timing with live results and awards, free photos, and finish-line snacks. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed and include a custom bib, shirt, and medal; the Kid's Dash offers a youth-sized shirt and a mini bib.
Packet pickup is available on race day beginning 90 minutes before the race. Results and awards are available at the registration tent immediately after finishing. Course maps are provided for the 5k, 10k, and half-marathon, and the course may change due to permits or volunteer restrictions.
Age-group awards for the 5k, 10k, and half-marathon include Male and Female Overall, Male and Female Masters (40+), and top-3 Male and Female in age groups from 10 & Under up to 80+. The event has a no-refund policy; cancellation is possible only for venue requirements or hazardous ice, in which case entries may be transferred to the virtual event.
