Treat Trot Memphis

Treat Trot Memphis is a running event held at Overton Park, 2080 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN, on 06/27/2027. Multiple in-person race options and a virtual option are offered. Registrations include a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, a custom bib, chip-timing with live results and awards for timed distances, free photos, and post-race snacks.

The kids dash is an untimed dash for children ages 10 and under and includes a mini bib, a youth-sized shirt, and a kids' dash medal; children may run without race swag for no fee. The 1-mile event is untimed and includes a custom bib, shirt, and finisher medal. The 5K and 10K list youth pricing for ages 12 and under. The 15K entry notes a custom bib, soft tee, and finisher medal.

The virtual event allows participants to run any day at any location; registration includes a digital bib, mailed event shirt and medal, and packet shipping that is dispatched the Wednesday after the race. Virtual participants can upload times and photos to the event results and photos pages. A volunteer-then-run option combines volunteering with running; volunteers are asked to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup and may run a distance of their choice afterward.
