Boconnoc 5 Mile
Boconnoc 5 Mile is scheduled for 6 May 2026 at Boconnoc Estate, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel, Cornwall PL22 0RG. The event is organised by East Cornwall Harriers and forms part of the Cornwall Road Running and Racing Group Multi Terrain Race Series for 2026. The course uses a mixed route of unmade paths, woodland and road that loop around the estate grounds.
Race headquarters will be in the estate courtyard. Free parking is available in a field adjacent to race headquarters. Entry management and participant lists are handled online.
Entries opened on 27 December 2025 and close on 30 April 2026. The minimum age for entry is 18 or older. Entry fees are listed as £18 for ARC or UKA affiliated runners and £20 for non affiliated runners. At the time of the listing there were 267 participants registered.
