Bob Blazier Run For The Arts : Raue Center for the Arts
The Bob Blazier Run For The Arts is an annual charity running event held at the Raue Center for the Arts in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The event features multiple distances that follow a flat course through residential streets of Crystal Lake and benefits the historic non-profit theater.

The race was created roughly three decades ago to honor Bob Blazier and to support the performing arts center he helped advance. The event is organized as a community fundraiser; awards include medals for top times in each age group, overall male and female awards that include gift certificates and Bob-Bobblehead trophies, and team trophies in several categories such as greatest overall participation, most money raised, and best average team time.
Event logistics note packet pickup at the Raue Center on the Friday and Saturday before race day, with additional on-site packet pickup the day of the event. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrants before the April 10 cutoff; shirts afterward are distributed while supplies last and can also be purchased.
