Trail Running at Seneca Creek
The Blue Crab Bolt Trail Run takes place in Seneca Creek State Park, located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This event serves as the opening race of the annual Blue Crab Bolt Trail Running Series. The park provides a natural landscape situated near urban areas, featuring a variety of terrain including single-track hiking trails, scenic streams, and views of the local lake.
Participants can choose between two different distances that utilize the park's trail system:

The event incorporates a charitable component through a partnership with Interfaith Works, a local non-profit organization.
