About the race
Blake's Donut Dash 5K is a fall fun run held on September 12, 2026 at Blake’s Lyon Township, 61475 Silver Lake Rd, South Lyon, MI. The event offers a 5K run and a shorter fun run for all ages on gravel and grass trails through a family owned 50 acre orchard.
Race entry includes a commemorative T-shirt, an after race donut, a commemorative race glass, and a can of hard cider or sweet apple cider for participants under 21. Strollers are permitted at each participant’s own risk because the entire course is gravel and grass. Pets are not permitted.
Prizes are awarded for overall finishers and age categories. Overall awards for male and female top finishers include Blake’s gift cards and trophies for first through third places. Age category awards are offered for first and second places across standard age brackets including 14 and under, 15 to 19, and successive five year groups up to 70 and over.
Registration pricing is tiered: an early bird rate applies until August 16, regular admission follows, and a higher day of registration fee is listed. A multi race discount applies when registering for two or more Blake’s races. Packet pick up is available the day before and the day of the event during scheduled pickup windows.
