Blackwater 10 Mile Trail Run
The Blackwater 10 Mile Trail Run takes place on March 21, 2026 at Blackwater State Park, 7720 Deaton Bridge Road. The event is a point-to-point trail run covering 10 miles along the Juniper Creek Trail. The course has a 2.5 hour time limit.
Race logistics and services
Packet pickup is available Friday, March 20 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Running Wild, and on race day Saturday, March 21 from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. at Blackwater State Park. Participants should park at the finish line at Blackwater State Park and check in at the Running Wild table no later than 7:15 a.m. Buses will transport participants to the start and depart at 7:20 a.m. sharp.
There are three aid stations on course providing water and an electrolyte drink. Awards are provided for top finishers. Every registered participant receives a finisher’s medal and a t-shirt. Post-race food is available at the finish area. Transfers of entries to another person are allowed up to two weeks before the event, by contacting the organizer.
