BLACK SHEEP BACKYARD ULTRA

BLACK SHEEP BACKYARD ULTRA takes place on the Llŷn Peninsula from Friday 6 August 2027 to Saturday 7 August 2027. The event is situated in an area of outstanding beauty on the tip of the Llyn Peninsula and the exact venue will be announced.

The event follows the backyard ultra format: participants run a designated loop and must complete that loop within one hour, then return to the event hub and start the next loop on the hour. Runners can stop whenever they choose; the total distance depends on how many loops each participant completes. The event has returned for 2027 after several years of previous Backyard events.

Entry information and inclusions are stated as follows: the standard entry fee is £39, and entry includes event support, refreshments, a Black Sheep medal and free camping.
