Black Diamond Triathlon
The Black Diamond Triathlon takes place on June 27, 2026, at Nolte State Park, Deep Lake, near Enumclaw, WA (36921 Veazie Cumberland Road). The event is organized by Raise the Bar, which has managed a multisport team since 2004 and works with staff and volunteer athletes.
The swim portion is held in Deep Lake. Bike and run courses travel through Ravensdale and Selleck and across the farmlands around Enumclaw. The courses are described as rolling with some elevation changes.
Race options and distances include:
- Olympic Triathlon: 51.5K, 1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run
- Sprint: 17 miles, 0.5 mile swim, 13.7 mile bike, 2.8 mile run
- AquaBike: 41.5K, 1.5k swim, 40k bike
- Super Sprint: 16.75 miles, 0.25 mile swim, 13.7 mile bike, 2.8 mile run
- Olympic Relay: 51.5K, relay teams share 1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run
- Sprint Relay: 17 miles, relay teams share 0.5 mile swim, 13.7 mile bike, 2.8 mile run
All finishers receive an official 2026 race T-shirt, a finisher medal, and a hot post-race meal. Top finishers are awarded custom pint glasses. Black Diamond is the opening stage of the 2026 RTB series; athletes who complete Black Diamond, Lake Meridian, and Bonney Lake earn a Trifecta Trident trophy.
