BK5K Carrollton, GA : 5th annual
The BK5K Carrollton event is the fifth annual edition and is scheduled for October 17, 2026, at the North Lakeshore Greenbelt Trailhead, 116 Lumpkin Dr, Carrollton, GA 30117. The event includes a 5K run/walk and a Kids Fun Run for children 12 and under.
The event’s proceeds support area youth. All proceeds go to various 501.c.3 youth organizations and programs that demonstrate financial need. Funding grants are evaluated for merit and dispersed by the local BK5K Youth Fund Award Committee.

Registration and fees follow published periods. Early registration ends October 6 and online registration closes October 16; race day registration is available on site. Adult 5K entry fees are $17 during early registration, $20 after the early period, and $25 on race day. Youth 5K fees are $7 early, $10 after early registration, and $15 on race day. The Kids Fun Run is free during online registration and $5 on race day. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after the early registration deadline.
Awards include cash prizes for the top three female and male finishers—$200, $100, and $50 respectively—trophies for the top three overall finishers, and medals for the top three in each age group. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
