Event overview
The Birmingham Running Festival takes place on Sunday, 5 April 2026 at Sutton Park, Park Road, Sutton Coldfield, B73 6BT. The event is held in support of Birmingham Children’s Hospital and runs through Sutton Park, a 2,400-acre National Nature Reserve. Terrain on the course is road and gravel. Entries include chip-timed results, a themed medal, free race photos, and post-race goodies. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals will guide participants along the course. An event village will offer food and drink options and free partner-provided goodies at the finish.
