About the race
The Birds Hill Triathlon, hosted by the Triple Threat Triathlon Club, is held at Birds Hill Provincial Park East Beach in Oakbank, Manitoba. It marks the first outdoor triathlon of the 2025 Triathlon Manitoba season, offering multiple race options including Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, and Try-a-Tri. The event welcomes athletes of all abilities and gender identities.
Due to park regulations, the bike course closes by 10:00 a.m., with specific timing rules for participants.
