Bionic 5K + 1Mile - San Francisco
The Bionic 5K + 1Mile event takes place on November 8, 2026, at Crissy Field / 1199 East Beach in San Francisco, CA. The event is presented by Bionic Project, Inc and powered by the Challenged Athletes Foundation. Two race distances are offered:

Registration is divided by age category and includes an official participant shirt. Example registration fees listed on the event page are: 5K (age 21+) $44.79 for the earlier price period and $55.49 for the later period; 5K (under 21) $28.74 and $34.09; One Mile (age 21+) $34.09 and $39.44; One Mile (under 21) $23.39 and $28.74. Registration periods shown run from July 1 to October 26 and from October 27 to November 8.
Any individual with a permanent physical disability may register free of charge by entering the promo code ADAPTIVE when registering. The event supports fundraising efforts for Bionic Project, Inc and the Challenged Athletes Foundation; each organization lists a fundraising goal of $10,000 and $0 raised at the time of the listing. Fundraising rewards are noted for Bionic Project contributions: $100 earns a beanie, $200 a hoodie, and $300 a quarter zip.
