Event Overview
The Rodeo Stampede is a running event in Waco, Texas. It takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Indian Springs Park. The race offers a range of distances for different ages and experience levels.
Distances
- Kids Dash: Approximately 50 meters for children 10 and under.
- 1 Mile Run: A non-timed event.

Awards and Features
All finishers receive a commemorative medal and a t-shirt. The chip-timed events award overall trophies for the fastest male and female finisher in each distance. There are also awards for the masters category (age 40+) and standard age group awards for many categories. A Cowboy Costume Contest is held with a prize for the winner. A "Bigfoot" mascot will be present for photos and encouragement. DJ Sasquatch provides music, and there is a post-race rally tent with snacks and refreshments. Aid stations are located on the course.
Registration Details
Registration prices vary by distance and increase after a certain date. Special youth pricing is available for participants 12 and under for the 5K and Quarter Marathon. There is a group discount available, and a referral incentive offers a refund for participants who refer five others.
Logistics
