Bigfoot Half Trail Run at Stoney Run County Park
The event is a half trail run held on November 14, 2026, at Stoney Run County Park in Hebron, Indiana. The course covers grass fields, pavement, gravel road and single-track dirt trails. Participants run two loops with a section that overlaps between loops.
Wayfinding is provided with flags and arrow signs. The main aid station is located at the start and finish area and offers water, Gatorade, granola bars and UCANN gels. A non-manned aid station offering water and Gatorade is placed near the 3.5 mile mark. Participants may bring a hydration pack for personal food, gels or other items.
Packet pick-up takes place at the first shelter on the right after entering the park. At packet pick-up each participant receives a raffle ticket; raffle winners are selected during the run and posted by the last three digits on a winners board. Old Crazy Legs Race Series items will be sold for five dollars with proceeds going to the park. Different styles of Bigfoot hats are available and can be selected upon arrival.
Timing is done with a numbered popsicle stick that must be returned to a volunteer at the shelter; medals for overall and top age group finishers are distributed after the stick is turned in. Bibs must be pinned to the front of the shirt. Parking areas are indicated on the event map and there is no parking on the road. The start and finish area is located near the park restrooms.
