Bigfoot Half Trail Run - Stoney Run County Park
The event takes place on November 14, 2026, at Stoney Run County Park (9230 E 142nd Ave, Hebron, IN 46341). The course uses a mix of grass fields, pavement, gravel road and single-track dirty trails and is run as two loops with an overlapping section on each loop.
Course wayfinding uses flags and arrow signs. The main aid station is located at the start/finish area and provides water, Gatorade, granola bars and UCANN gels. A non-manned aid station at the 3.5-mile mark offers water and Gatorade. Participants who need specific food or gels are advised to bring a hydration pack with their own items.
Packet pick-up is at the first shelter on the right after entering the park heading left; participants receive a raffle ticket at pick-up. Raffle winners are selected during the run; after finishing they should check the last three digits on the posted winners board and collect prizes at the prize table. Bigfoot hats will be available on arrival and older Crazy Legs Race Series items will be sold for $5, with proceeds going to the park.
Timing is handled informally: finishers receive a numbered popsicle stick that must be returned to a volunteer at the shelter. There is no formal awards ceremony; overall and age-group medals are handed out after the stick is returned. Bibs should be pinned to the front of the shirt.
