Heritage Law Offices presents the 10th annual Big Gifts for Little Lives 5K at Rundle Park in Edmonton on May 23, 2026. The event offers both in person and virtual options for the 5K so participants can take part anywhere in Canada.
Distances offered
- 5K adult in person or virtual
- 5K youth under 10 in person or virtual
- 1K youth under 10 in person only
The in person 5K will be chip timed with results provided by Results Canada. The first male and first female finishers will receive a $100 cash prize. Adult race participants will receive a race package that includes a t shirt, a race number and Hoka slides while supplies last; if slides run out, participants will receive a metal insulated water bottle instead. Race packages will be sent two weeks before the event to local Running Room stores for pickup.
Family amenities at the in person event include a bouncy castle and a face painter. A post race BBQ and snacks provided by Calmont will be available and every person attending in person with a race number will receive a free meal.
