Bibra Lake Runningworks Festival
The Bibra Lake Runningworks Festival celebrates its 10th year at one of Perth's established running locations. The event utilizes the fast and flat running paths surrounding Bibra Lake, providing a consistent surface for participants. The race is designed with a 6 km looped course, which allows spectators several opportunities to view and support participants throughout the duration of the event.
The festival offers a variety of distances to accommodate different goals:
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 12 km
- 6 km
All courses are internationally certified by IAAF and AIMS, ensuring accurate distance measurements for those tracking official times. To assist with performance monitoring, the event features live lap timing provided by race|result, with the data displayed on an event screen for immediate feedback.
There is a mandatory cut-off time of 2:30 pm for all event distances. Participants in the marathon and half marathon receive a finishers medal upon completion of their race. Additionally, prizes and medals are awarded to the first, second, and third-place finishers across all four distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
