Benjamin Franklin Academy 5K
The Benjamin Franklin Academy 5K is the second annual running event on October 24, 2026 at Benjamin Franklin Academy in Loudon, New Hampshire. The event distance is 5K and it is organized to raise awareness and funds for the school's educational mission.
The race supports the academy's work to provide hands on, history based learning free to New Hampshire residents. Proceeds and attention from the event are directed toward that mission.
The course follows a fall route that is part road and part cross country and will be similar to the previous year. Timing will be provided by NOVUS MAGE. The event welcomes runners and walkers on the campus route.
On the day of the race students will sell food and drinks and the BFA Bazaar will offer yard sale style shopping. EdOpt will host a school fair in the academy auditorium the same day. Registration opens September 9, 2026 and closes October 23, 2026. The registration fee is $30. Registrants who register by October 15 will receive a free BFA 5K t-shirt.
