Beneva Spring Run Off 2026, High Park, Toronto

Established in 1978, the Spring Run Off is the annual opener for the Canada Running Series and takes place each April in High Park, Toronto. The event signals the arrival of spring and brings together runners across ages.

Participation is available in both virtual and in person formats. Distances offered include:

All in person participants receive a souvenir apparel item and a finisher medal with designs inspired by High Park. Digital engagement kits are available and the virtual event bag opens on March 21, 2026.

The event includes fundraising activity. The Parkdale Community Food Bank has raised $40,362.26 toward a $75,000 goal, representing 54 percent of the goal. Teams and individual participants also run fundraising campaigns.
