The Beneva Spring Run-Off
The Beneva Spring Run-Off is a running event organized by Canada Running Series. It was established in 1978 and celebrates the return of spring in Toronto's High Park. The event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages.

Participants can choose from several distances:
- 8K
- 5K
- Kids Race
Participation Options
The in-person event takes place on April 4, 2026. A virtual race option is also available from April 1 to 30, 2026, allowing participants to run remotely.
Included Items and Activities
Participants in the 8K and 5K races receive an exclusive fleece vest from Columbia Sportswear. Children registered for the kids race get an adorable hoodie.
On race day, an activity called "Kill The Hill & Pancake Breakfast" is offered. The event also features race kit pickup, bag check, an event alert system, and post-race results and photos.
