Bendelle Family 6500m Handicap

The event is a 6500 metre handicap run held by the Stawell and Ararat Cross Country Club on tracks through the North Ararat Hills. The course starts from the car park at Dunneworthy Common by Alec McKenzie Dam on Saw Pit Flat Road.

A junior race is included in the program. Registrations are accepted online or on the day. Adult entry on the day carries a $5 race entry fee. A safety briefing is held before the race.

The event is sponsored by the Bendelle Family, who have also donated the trophy. The Stawell and Ararat Cross Country Club will present a sash and cash prizes for the top finishers: 1st $50, 2nd $25, 3rd $15.
