Belmont Park's Dipper Dash 5K
Belmont Park's Dipper Dash is a chip timed 5K run along the Mission Beach Boardwalk that begins and finishes in the heart of Belmont Park. The course opens to beachside views and includes sections up and down the Mission Beach Boardwalk.

- 5K Run
- Kids Loop for ages 10 and under
Each 5K participant receives a Ride & Play wristband valid all day at Belmont Park, a complimentary drink ticket, a custom finisher medal commemorating Belmont Park’s 100th year, a race bib with chip timing, and free event photography. The Kids Loop is a shorter course for younger runners and also includes a Ride & Play wristband; kids may run the 5K Main Event with a paid adult.
On event day the registration booth and packet pickup are located in the Belmont Park midway near Belmonty's Burgers and the Beach Blaster; participants should bring a valid ID for check-in. Parking is available free in lots surrounding Belmont Park with an overflow lot at 1100 W Mission Bay Drive.
Additional details: there will be one aid station on course providing water, post-run activities at Fit Social with vendors and live music, and the event supports The Animal Pad Rescue. Refunds are not available after purchase. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
