The Bell Ringer 5 Hour is an endurance running and hiking event held near Thornhill, Manitoba, at the scenic Shannondale Ski Area. Participants tackle a challenging 4-5 km single-track trail loop featuring approximately 100 meters of elevation gain per lap through the Shannondale Valley, known for its rugged terrain and switchbacks.
