Belews Lake Sprint Distance Triathlon & Multisport Race : Carolina Marina, Stokesdale NC
The event on April 18, 2026 is a sprint distance multisport race held at Carolina Marina, Stokesdale, North Carolina. The race uses a time trial start and is part of the Trivium Multisport Series. Parking volunteers will direct vehicles to nearby parking within a short walk of the staging area.

Course details: The swim is an in-water start at the boat launch on Belews Lake, run on a triangular course, with a sandy bottom and clear water. Swim caps are mandatory and participants must submit a 100 yard swim time for starting position. The bike is a two-loop route on smooth rural roads with a few hills; intersections are staffed by police and volunteers and turns are signed. The run is two loops on smooth roads with rolling hills and aid stations approximately every 1 mile.
Timing, awards and services: Registration includes a custom shirt and finisher medal, chip timing with five timing point splits, post race food and drinks, and points toward Trivium series standings. Awards recognize top three overall male and female finishers, age group placers in five-year increments per USA Triathlon regulations, and category awards for collegiate, Athenas, Clydesdales, Masters Clydesdales and relay teams.
Policies: No refunds within 30 days of the event; earlier refund requests may be considered at 50% of entry fee excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred; transfers to another individual are allowed for a $5 fee and T-shirt size cannot be changed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
